Final balance must be paid by the agreed deadline.

Ready Meals
Due to the nature of fresh food preparation, ready-meal orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible and we will help where we reasonably can do it.

We cannot guarantee the absence of traces due to shared kitchen environments
Customers are responsible for informing us of ALL allergies

We deliver to selected postcodes varied/ expanded as the company determines, the company holds full rights to modify its delivery areas as and when.

If no one is available to receive the order, meals may be left in a safe place at your own risk.
